The contact form asks for a name, a mobile number, and a city or district. Email and a separate WhatsApp number are optional. The form can also ask for the customer category, the kind of system, the monthly electricity bill, how you prefer to be contacted, and optional notes such as property type, rooftop area, business type, approximate capacity, facility name, sanctioned load, or a message.

The form does not ask for identity documents or a street address. Name and phone number are used so Anvi Solar can reply to the person who asked. Email is used only if you choose to give one. City or district is used to see whether the place is one Anvi Solar can talk about. Bill and site notes are used to understand the enquiry. They are not a quotation.

Send Enquiry opens WhatsApp with a draft. The message is sent only after you press Send in WhatsApp. This website does not save the contact-form enquiry.

You send that message yourself. Opening WhatsApp does not save an enquiry on this website, and the calculator does not create a customer account.

Vendor registration opens a Google Form in a new tab. You submit it on Google's website. This website does not save that registration.

Call, email, and WhatsApp links use your own phone, email, or WhatsApp account. Anvi Solar receives what you choose to send on those channels.

Anvi Solar does not sell personal information. If you send a WhatsApp message, WhatsApp carries that message. If you submit the vendor form, Google receives that submission. If you email the address on this site, your email provider and the mailbox provider carry the message.

The company that hosts the website may process ordinary connection logs, such as an IP address and the page requested, to run and protect the site. This website does not currently install Google Ads tags, a Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, or analytics cookies.
